Sage is a perennial, bushy plant with numerous branches. Its height reaches 0,50 meters. Its leaves are fleshy and oblong, with an ash-green hue and are covered with fluff, especially the younger ones.

Sage blooms from May to June and its flowers are dark blue, purple or violet in color
Location
It grows satisfactorily in all types of soils, without particular problems. Prerequisite for the soil to be well drained. Prefers places with sun or moderate shade.
Durability
It is resistant to cold and heat, as long as it is in a sunny position.

It needs moderate amounts of watering, with limited to no watering in the winter and more regular watering in the warm periods of the year.

It is good to strengthen it regularly from spring to the end of summer.

It is quite a resistant plant and is not easily affected by diseases and insects. Care must be taken when watering, because the leaves of the plant should not get wet because it can be affected by mildew.
