Spider, a fast growing plant

The Spider (Asparagus plumosus), is a plant that stands out for its elegant and discreet appearance. It is a fast-growing, low-maintenance plant native to East and South Africa. It has thin, rich green leaves that look like little spiders, hence its name. Its leaves are flexible and discreet, offering a sophisticated feel to any environment. It usually reaches a height of about 30-60 cm, depending on the growing conditions and the care it receives.

Position

It prefers bright and semi-shady places. Avoid direct sunlight as it can damage its leaves.

Watering

Its watering must be regular and consistent, keeping the soil slightly moist. In winter, reduce the amount of water with which it is watered, compared to the summer months, and allow the substrate to dry slightly.

Lubrication

Use throughout the growing season fertilizer suitable for green plants.

Durability

It is usually hardy under proper care conditions, but can be damaged by too much or too little water and light.

Toxicity

It is considered a toxic species. Keep it away from pets and children!
